      <image:title>LEK - How does it work?</image:title>
      <image:caption>Therapy begins with a brief phone consultation to establish what you are looking for and find a time to meet in person. We will then have a complimentary 50 minute initial appointment where we can determine if the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit. From there, we will agree upon a meeting schedule. We will close out our sessions when you feel your goals have been met and you are ready to move on. You may always return to therapy, if or when the need arises.</image:caption>
